IMPORTANT INFORMATION


We changed our web hosting service provider. This is to incorporate more features to our existing website.

As part of the move, your email accounts are also moved to the new provider. Though your email accounts are transferred to the new provider, the existing email messages at the old provider will not get moved automatically. You'll have to manually forward all email messages that you want to keep, to the new provider. This needs to be completed before December 24th 2009.

1. Access your old emails (using your old password).

2. Access your new emails (using the new password which is sent to your old email account).

To create a new email account in Outlook
1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003. Click Tools and select E-mail Accounts...
2. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
3. Choose IMAP and click Next.
4. Enter
Your Name:
Email Address:
Incoming mail server (IMAP): a2s49.a2hosting.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): a2s49.a2hosting.com
User Name: add +rhcschool.org to the end of whatever is already there. (It should be the first part of your email address)
Password:
Check Remember Password
(Note: Make sure the box near "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" is Unchecked)
Click More Settings.

5.Select General tab
Give a name for the Mail Account (instead of a2s49.a2hosting.com)
Select Outgoing Server tab
check My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
Select Advanced tab
Incoming server(IMAP): 993
check This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)
Outgoing server(IMAP): 465
check This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)

Click OK
Click Next
Click Finish.
